Exhibits entitled “Soldiering and Serving: A Day in the Life of the Lewis and Clark Expedition” take visitors along on the trail as the Corps of Discovery camps, hunts, and explores the Missouri River Valley. Visitors also discover the expedition as never seen before, depicted in historically accurate murals that surround each exhibit space. A wealth of interactive experiences allow visitors to play the role of different expedition members, from captains and sergeants to privates and even Indians who met the Corps of Discovery along the trail.
